Okay, it’s time I put my frustration on others. Haha. So my throttle cables were too damn tight and it was difficult to get them on. When I do. They’re so stiff to the point I can’t even move the throttle. I bought some new ones. Same thing. And yes I’ve fully adjusted them to the best of my knowledge. As well as lubed them

i did notice that the one on the lower end of the carb. The push? Is so tight that it’s pulling the throttle tube too close to the housing. And that one isn’t adjustable so I’m just kinda mind boggled. Please help -

A couple things.
The obvious statement is there shouldn't be that kind of resistance.
When the bike is at zero throttle the top cable should be the one that is extended. As you twist the throttle the upper and lower trade places in length. Are you positive that you have them in the correct placement?
I generally don't do much adjustment at the throttle end of the cables. For me that end is for very minor tweaks. I do the majority of my adjustment on the carb end. I accomplish this by adjusting the nuts that are on the threaded end after the cables are in the holding bracket. Doing this has gotten me mostly where I need to be. There is a small amount of play in the throttle when you go from zero to something. I adjust most of that out.
Are you sure you have the cables routed correctly?

 

im not positive. I cannot understand why I’m getting this much resistance. It’s driving me nuts and holding back my entire project

 

When they are disconnected do they have the same amount of resistance or do they move freely?

 

when the lower one is disconnected it moves perfectly( the push?) I’m thinking that cable is too tight. What sucks is there no way to adjust it
