Default New Throttle cables

I just installed new throttle cables because they have been going bad forever now. After i installed them now the throttle is sticking. I put the cables in same routing pattern. If i loosen either of the lower cables the throttle moves perfectly how it should. as soon as i snug the locking nuts it instantly gets stuck when i move it. I didnt think out of a adjustment would do this? Any thoughts

You should have a hole in your clip-on(handlebar) and the peg is located on the part where the screws are, (closest to the middle of the bike, away from the throttle tube) They should line up when you put it back together
