Default Electrical/engine failure

Hi guys I'm wondering if you can help. I tried starting my 1994 F2 yesterday after work and no electrics where working at all no lights no instruments lighting up at all. When I tried bump starting the bike it barely turned over as if only one cylinder was struggling to fire up. There was zero thrust almost like it was clinging on for dear life when I opening the throttle when I bump started it. It then dies straight away when I let off the throttle.

I have noticed I've had a fuse blown with my headlights for past few weeks and keep replacing them which to shock keeps blowing again and again. I have found no shorts or earthing problems with this issue. Used to work fine until less than a month ago when fuses started popping. Also have found the bike struggles to start unless I open throttle for a bit to get it warmed up this has been going on for a few months now, not sure if this is relevant to the issue but has been deteriorating since I've noticed this. Also not sure if it matters but I have dropped the bike on the left side a couple weeks ago and there is a graze on the alternator/stator casing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for any help.

P.S trying to get my bike fixed for 3 weeks time as I am supposed to be going to a biker charity event and raising sponsorship this month for me to be there and contribute to. In dire need to be in working order.
