I bought a 96 cbr 600 f3 last year ..put on a new battery and it ran good for a couple of weeks ..but once or twice i noticed that whenever i stopped the bike at home or at gas station and tried to start again it wont start...when the ignition is ON all the lights work good meaning battery is fine but as soon as I hit the start button everything dies down..no current....it would start eventually after I would shake the bike a bit or try shaking the side farings .. so I didnt pay much attention to it last year.. But come this year I started to have the same problem...battery all good when the key is at ON position but dies down as soon as i hit start...eventually it started after a few attempts turning the key ON-OFF-ON..but while I was riding it yesterday the bike would loose all its electrical charge and would try to stall ....the bike kept on doing that until it finally stopped..and i could notice neutral lights flickering(the bike was on neutral at red light) , bike sputtering. rpm meter flickering too....I eventually made it home ...had to keep reving the bike at 4-5k to keep it from stalling................
