How well does that work? I have a bigger 26gal CH compressor and am thinking about repainting my wheels with it. What brand/style of gun are you using?
The little CH compressor if barely even good enough for touch-up but a 26 gal should be able to handle it fine. i painted all my body-work with a craftsman compressor that couldn't have been much more than 26 gallons

I am using a Harbor freight gun. they cost $15 and i like it better than the low end ($60) HVLP guns i have tried.

i have the stock '93 ignition on the bike, however i have a custom billet aluminum gas cap that doesnt have a lock.

however i will help you with what you need... are you looking for a newer ignition?

okayyyyy
so. there hasnt been alot of work going on recently, due to a whole bunch of reasons, however. i do have an update.

I made a restrictor for my exhaust modeled after the one jardine will see you for $40
Jardine:

Mine:

So then i hooked the carbs up to sync them. they were really far off.

but, by the time i was finished, the bike was running pretty well. it idles well and will run with the choke off (major accomplishment for me)

I also did some electrical work. now my turn signals and lights work.

then i decided i needed to put my speedo in, so... i had to compare the wiring diagrams.

and figured out where to hook up the tachometer feed to the coil.... but it isnt working yet =(

and she works! more or less. i have molex connectors in the mail, and i still have to hook up my tachometer and speedo magnets, but the wiring is done.

thanks so much more to comes soon!
