They have been made since Aug but have been waiting on the Tig welding machine containers to free up as they had been in use 24/7 since then. Plus they need a different setup for stainless than the alloys they have been doing so they can't just squeeze them in. As soon as they have the first 5 done I'll get them out to you.

Thanks Dub ! When your ready to send them PM me the Paypal details of where the money is to be sent and we will go from there. I know SB wants one and was it Red Dog from here that wanted one as well ??

Finished building my stick coil harness and installed it. I'm thinking about making the coil leads shorter and having them point forward. I might even go so far as to install a relay for full battery voltage. Hhhmmmm. Still a work in progress.

Replaced the fuel overflow cup reservoir today and a footpeg rubber. Also put some new side plastic covers on. The ones that go on the stator and the crank on either side. Had a look today and saw that I'm a couple thousand km over on my last oil change. Looks like a job for Sunday.

Post Free to new home!!!

Free to new home!!!

These well used ear protectors are generally used by CBR1000F owners who have the classical Cam Chain rattle.

These are free to new home as I don’t need them anymore –
Why? - I just replaced my cam chain & CCT today!!!!!!

============================================

Have tested on 500km ride today - Fantastic result – better than expected.

The "HOW TO" will be posted within the week and I strongly suggest anyone thinking of doing the job look out for the new "HOW TO"; learn from my mistakes , issues and workarounds .

============================================
PS
Also did Valve adjustment, carb balance, and layshaft balance adjustment just to complete the job.

Well done Naga,

I'll be sure to download and print the How To for use when I return - just like Macarthur

Cheers, SB
