Default Clutch troubles

So I bought my bike and the clutch was slipping, I ordered some new fibers and replaced it, it was slipping a little tiny but so I opened it up and tightened the bolts to the clutch springs and managed to snap one off. Long story short I got a new inner basket and replaced it and also added some aftermarket 15% stiffer springs, I’m using the rotella T6 5w-40 in the blue bottle

now after putting everything back together my clutch is slipping so bad that when On the center stand if I put it in gear and let the clutch out nothing happens, the tire gets a little jump but it doesn’t move and the bike stays running. Kinda out of ideas on what it could be so any help is strongly appreciated.

update: tore everything apart again, the judder spring is facing the correct way, and the one clutch fiber that is different is in first. The clutch spring bolts are at 106 inch pounds and I when I put it in gear and released the clutch the rear tire started spinning but the second I applied the foot brake it stopped and the bike kept running

Did you use the same brand frictions as the old ones?

I would take measurements of the new frictions vs the old. If the new stack height is smaller I'm thinking it could cause it to not engage properly. Sometimes aftermarket clutch packs have the wrong height even if they say its made for ur bike. Ive had an issue opposite of yours where the height of the aftermarket plates was taller than oem, it made the clutch engaged all the time. Assuming u put in everything else right, measure the stack height and if its significantly different try putting the old plates back in with the new springs and see if that changes things
