I guess there is no perfect world... I would like to see @ least a 20 bike grid. It also would be nice to see a few more manufactors come onboard. Hopefully the economy worldwide will improve, so the sport & fans can enjoy it more.

Hat off to Dan Wheldon & his family. Racing is a dangerous sport!

so.... my power cut out during the motogp race in phillip island. it cut out a lap after the rossi crash. i really would've like to see how de puniet and edwards got ahead of hayden. and i would have liked to see how bautista ended his race.

did it end up being a wet race after all?

i feel bad for jlo. that was a wicked highside

i'm glad nicky got off the line so well. it was nice to see him in 2nd pos. for a few laps. hopefully ducati can really put something together for next year. i'm sure they will though. it seems ducati is really really really competitive for the first season or so anytime they change the rules

At least he died doing what he loved. It is unfortunate, and he will be missed. People have said that he was too agressive or rode crazy, but he was 23 year old kid who loved motorcycle racing and wouldn't settle for anything less than giving 100%. He was actually doing decent this year, with the recent podium. I will miss his hair, it was awesome and I enjoyed his riding style. Ciao, Super Sic.

Very sad indeed. I watched it as it happened.

He was a fantastic rider who was giving his all in every race. There is no denying that he was an amazing, talented rider whos life was cut far too short.

god that was terrible to watch. i'm so sorry for his family's, friend's, racing's, and motorcycling's loss. RIP simoncelli. i thought he had a bit too much character at times, but trey hit the nail on the head. he was a kid that loved what he did, was great at it, and gave it his all and i don't know anyone who can't really appreciate that.

i also feel terrible for colin edwards. i'm sure there are a lot of thoughts going through his head right now.

but there was nothing that could be done.

Godspeed Super Sic. you will be forever missed.
