So I suppose I will take it as a warning...

I turned the corner at the green arrow following behind a car that turned correctly into the left lane. I followed behind then switched to the right lane to pass and BAM! she decides to switch to the right lane (without looking). She hit me on the foot peg with her passenger side front quarter panel. All she had to do was look. Well I managed to keep it upright and pulled into the parking lot to look at the damage. Luckily only a bent left foot peg. It could have been bad and it gives me lots to think about. I don't remember who but someone has the tag about riding like they don't see you so you will be ready when they don't see you (or something like that)... the point is watch out because they sure aren't!

Glad you're ok! Considering what could've happened, I'd say you escaped w/a good outcome. Hope you can repair it easily.

Thanks! Easy repair. Harder to convince the wife I need the $200 blue rearsets I wanted anyway
