someone told me the other day you cant get a ticket for wheelying...
it didnt make much sense to me but he said his buddy got a ticket for wheelying (wrecless driving) and he went to court and challenged it and the judge ruled that they couldnt prove he wasnt in control of his bike, therefore he wasnt driving wrecklessly....

it sounds like crap to me but i just figured id throw it out there and see what you guys think

Sounds like crap but almost believable. I have been to court a few times mostly for red light tickets and i have gotten them all thrown out but i guess it depends on the judge and how ****ty his day is.

Thats a big bunch of crap...wheelies are the #1 way to get a def ticket on a bike. If the judge thorws it out, he throws it out. Doesn't mean you can't get a ticket.

There is not a specific ticket for wheelies, but you can get a reckless ticket for doing that. Thats like saying But Officer While I was burning out at the stop light I was in control the whole time and you can't prove I wasn't??? Its officer discretion on how he writes you up and what charges he gives you.
