You're probably correct. Most likely private property or something. But I am not a cop, I dont know all the litte laws.

It could be fake too, I have stunter buddies that are friends with cops and they "stage" chase downs and high way wheelies with cop cars...youtube Adrenaline Crew...

I think thats fake! But to answer the question bout the parking lot. Most parking lots are marked and say "local laws apply" or something like that. Meaning that you can get in trouble in there just as well as you can on the street.

Im sure it is staged but cops cannot ticket you on private property. They have to contact the owner of the land and get permission from him/her to ticket you. And thats too much work for most cops.

Alot of parking lots arent private porperty thou. Matter of fact if the lot is in city limits and is shared by more than one establishment then 9 times out of 10 local laws can be enforced
