Default Ladies and Gentlemen IM BACK !!

After some months of being off my rocket and in the saddle of a cruiser, i recently got on some new meds for my knee. As some of you may have known from earlier this year i have a hemangeoma in my knee and had to get rid of the f4i b/c the riding position was killing my knee.

Well.....i got some new anti-inflammatory meds and haven't been having a problem out of it for about a month now !! Going to give it another month and call it good and try to pick me up another f4i. Or swap my cruiser and some cash for one.

Feels good to be able to get back on a sport bike again and not worry about my knee locking up after a ride.

FEELS GOOD TO BE (ALMOST) BACK !!!!!

What do they have you on? Prednisone and diclofenac sodium?

Cellebrex, working pretty good but cant take for long periods of time, i go on and off them regularly. Mostly i just take them when i feel like my knee is starting to swell up. But its nothing like it was a few months ago, so thats good.

Seen that bike on CL, it doesnt have a title. Will have around $3500 next week, then im going to start really looking to go pick one up.

I like the new bike CBRFenatic, what made you decide to buy brand new. I like the look of both the pheonix and the grafitti. Fount a f4i in dallas for around $4k....only has 6400 miles and hasent been dropped. It is the blue/blk paint scheme, this time around im looking for a bike to keep for good.

I see G-C honda has that 2006 600rr in stock but they want an arm and a leg for it compared to private sellers.

Ya ive seen that one at G&C. They are pricey over there.

I didnt really have a choice. My F2 was literally falling apart on the road so i sold it for 800 and needed a new bike fast(only car). Just for **** and giggles i went in to see about getting a newer bike and they were wanting to get rid of the phoenix and fast. So i took it. Haha so much nicer to ride then always be fixing.

We need to go ride. Ive been riding with blackdraggin on here.

That blue and black bike is nice. Only one other around here and a guy at the dealer rides it.

That bike has been on CL for a few months so they may be motivated sellers.

Good luck!

Welcome back, b-boi. Glad to hear your knee is coming around.
Nice Ace, too. I like the pipes and tail. Looks real good.
Nothing wrong with cruising, but I can understand the push to get back on a sport. I have a magna and it's a lot of fun... but not cbr fun.

Ya it's fun cruising around town on it, get alot of looks and people asking me about it...but nothing like my sport bike. Been contemplating getting one since i got rid of my f4i but didn't want to be stuck in the same situation i was in. The doc said this stuff will work if taken in advance so whenever i plan a little 200 mile trip or so i take one and be good.

Lol it aint a cure but works as a preventative measure i suppose. But as long as i get back on a rocket I'll be happy. I don't think i'll miss the cruiser near as much as i did my f4i though.
