After reading the post about sport bike = deuche it brings to mind all the stupid stuff people say to motorcycle riders.

The one I get the most is when someone sees me on my bike they ask "do you ride that?" WTF, do they think I just push it everywhere I want to go...

So post some of the comments you have gotten while ridding.

 

There is an old thread about this somewhere. It's a good one :P I always like the walking into a fast food restaraunt in full gear and them asking if its for here or to go

i had an old man come up to me and he said "im gonna laugh when they pell you up off the road" all i said was good.....and then wanted to hit a senoir citzen

another good one is "how fast can that thing go?" or i have buddies that always ask"hey can I ride your bike?" .....I say yeah you can ride on back just as a joke of coarse

 

I do that too, but most often it is to go! Gotta love 900's.

 

Been hearing this one a bit recently: "Hey, you wanna sell that? I'll give you $1000 for it" WTH? When did my immaculate 06 F4i deserve rat bike offers?

Another I hear is "You have an alarm on that?" No... All Hondas chirp and flash their lights when you shut them down

 

That's what I was gonna say. I carry a bookbag on the cbr most days so I bring Arby's home sometimes for dinner... lol.
Then I have saddlebags on the VF750C.

But yeah, I get the "how fast does that go" question all the time. Also "what's the fastest you've had it up to"
I've replied with everything from 52.4mph to 312mph. LOL..

I also get the "is that your bike" while I'm standing there in full gear beside the only bike in sight.

There are tons more.

 

I must look really unfriendly. No one ever asks me anything about my bike.
However kids aged 3-8 think I'm the coolest thing alive. Between the waves or the stopping dead in their tracks. Its pretty cool....

 

today i was out having a smoke at school and this girl was like what kinda bike do you have? i said a crotch rocket and she was duh what kind? i said a cbr600f3 and she was like whats that?? :shoots self:

 

I must be the same. Only once or twice I've gotten a "hey, nice bike." Other than that people don't seem to notice me much.

One day I was next to a guy at a stop... he was saying something but I couldn't understand him anyway, so I just pretended I couldn't hear him... .
