Default Good evening gentlemen.......

I'm hoping not to get flamed out but I only own part of a CBR. I'm currently collecting parts and doing research for my next project. The baddest dual sport/adventure bike/street fighter in north California. I have an XL600r rolling chassis, I just got an 08 CBR1000rr complete powerplant offen ebay (should be here on the 17th). I'll have my splicing skills tested for sure, mating those two together. If you'all don't ban me for having too many chemically mutated brain cells (the sixties were really quite fun) I'll post some build pics as the project progresses.

I live just outside Sacramento CA, I'm old and I have too many bikes: Three CB750s, an FZ1, a VMAX, the XL and a Kawi KZ sumptin sumptin I haven't checked out yet. Be gentle. Jay

Nope, that's definitely not gonna happen. If that were the case, we'd have to delete the entire Hurricane section. LOL...

Welcome to the site, man. You have me thoroughly intrigued with your talk of a badass hybrid dual sport/adventure bike/street fighter.

I just hope the 600 frame will take the weight and torque of your new motor. Time will tell............
