I've always heard they had good customer service, now if only they could make decent quality gear, they'd have it made
they were actually good once but once they got big, JR became the "Wal-Mart" brand of gear imo

The ballastic series has been good for me... however some of their other gear has been a bit weaker... :-/
Great customer service though... they replaced a pair of pants (zipper failure as well).
