joe rocket customer service
well i had an accident last fall and i tore my jacket my moms has a small buisness making custom suits and altering dresses and stuff just for fun mostly. any way she said she could fix the jacket if i got the matterial. i contacted joe rocket to see how much it would cost me to order the material from them. after me and one of there customer service reps sent a few emails discussing what i needed they are shiping me the material and stuff i need to fix the jacket all for free i just wanted to say to me they were polite and freindly and im just in shock. and i just wanted to pass it on to you guys
hey man I'm glad you posted this up... I had a great experience with Joe Rocket not too long ago. My zipper somehow broke on my jacket so I couldn't zip it up (no real reason to have it then right?) so I called up Joe Rocket and they were cool as could be. I mailed them my jacket, they replaced the zipper and mailed it back to me within 2 weeks... everybody I talked to was cool and really made me feel comfortable
my honda supersport jacket is actually at the warranty center right now, waiting for it to come back. apparantly those models were common for zippers breaking b/c as soon as i said zipper, he knew what jacket i had. i actually sent my jacket off on 4/26, so i am wondering where it is at now....was about to call them.
a few months ago, i emailed them about pant sizes, they called me back within 2 minutes of emailing them....was completely amazed at that.
