I've been trying to open a ticket with them (I registered my helmet for the 5 year warranty) and I've been getting this message for at least 2 weeks,
I'm trying to get a replacement part (the side pod) for my Nakano replica RX7. They are damn hard to get a hold of (I have a feeling that message has been up there longer than 2 weeks for sure). Any one here have any information on how to order parts like the side pod cover? I really don't care if I have to pay for the damn thing, I just want it.
The ticket system will be temporarily closed. We are in the process of moving our offices. The system should be back on line in about two weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If I tell you, will you help me with my personal problems...no one wants to listen. I can't even type this through the tears...
