J'Neer's integrated tail light assembly...

I ordered the product, but have not heard a word from them. No shipping information, nothing... well, except of course the paypal message that my payment went through. I tried emailing their customer service, but the email bounces back. I emailed the account listed with paypal, no reply as of yet. I called two numbers which require you to leave a message for a return call, no call as of yet.

Anyone successfully deal with this company?

yeah i got a light from then and the leds burned out..

all my emails bounced back.

 

If they don't get back with you soon open a dispute with PayPal. PayPal will take the money back from them until the issue is resolved and I bet that will get them moving. I hope you get it worked out soon!

 

Make sure you file the Paypal claim within 45 days.
