So, I just picked up a bunch of protein rich food. Got insta-breakfest that you mix with milk and thats like 15-20g of protein. I got some protein enriched spaghetti-Os with franks . Grew up on that ****. Got like 20 TV meals for snacks. A few meaty meals.
Tomorrow I go to my nearest 24/7 gym and going to sign up and start my first workout. I took a front and side picture of my upper body and will do that every week to track my progress. Omg, I never realized how crappy I looked coming from a different perspective. I always thought I looked fine in the mirror. No way am I gona post them I'm so ashamed. Once I start looking better I'll post progress pictures in awhile.

If you're in a thong, just send the pics to voodoo. I think he's waiting for them.

you need to eat alot and also lift with heavy weights if you wanna get bigger....moderate weights arent going to push your muscles enough to get bigger. when i was trying to get bigger and stronger i worked out three times a week with just weights. i did 4 sets, first set 15 reps, second 12, third 10, and the last 8...on fridays i would add and extra set and do at least 6 but try for more. with every set that i did, i added 10 pounds on the bar. if you do this, make sure you pick a weight for your first set that is lil enough to make you last thru the 4th set, if you go to heavy on the first one, the last couple sets you wont even finish and it would be a waste of a workout and it would also kinda kick you in the butt mentally.

another thing i did was i ate as much steak as possible. didnt do the supplement thing, just ate 3 big meals a day...i mean real big. after 3 months i went from 160 to 190lbs. yeah, i was a lil fat, but i gained a ****e load of muscle and my max went from that equeivalant (sp?) to a 2 year old to 200 lbs (alot for me at the time). just mix in some cardio on your off days and you wont get fat but you will still gain the muscle

Nauree, watch your fat and sodium intake with processed meals. Get a tape measure (for seamstresses) and measure your arms (cold, no pump), calves and thighs.

You'll notice changes within a month. The best thing is when women start to 'handle' you. They'll come up and touch you for no reason, it'll seem like a 'hey, how ya doin' but it is a 'ooo baby, I don't know why I just did that'. The funny thing is they have no idea that they are touching you, but they are compelled to do it.

In the beginning you will be sore, eat cherries or drink cherry juice after your workoutto help with that.

Don't confuse good availableprotien with 'protien rich' foods. You need something like Iso-Pure, that stuff is pre-digested and will get into your muscles fast. Chicken and fish may take hours. After working out you muscles are ready to heal and absorb protien, but this is also the time to get your insulin levels up by eating your simple carbs Insulin is a great growth hormone that isn't that hard to make the most of.

just mix in some cardio on your off days
Good point, don't traumatize your body with cardio on lifting days, it will slow you down. But do stretch alot. Lift light every 3rd weekand take every 6th week off. The week off will help your body heal completely, remember, you gain muscle when you are asleep, not when you are in the gym, the gym is meant to abuse you, sleep is meant to repair and prepare you for more abuse.

Change your diet. Not just your supplements. After workouts. Eat the right stuff (Lots of protein). Lift heavy. You gotta find the right combo.
