A4, you may want to do a search on the whole oil thing, but you don't want 'energy conserving' and make sure there is no moly like FLYOU wrote, it can make your clutch slip. A little may not hurt, but a full oil change with it can be a problem.

I put in 2 quarts of Mobile 1's motorcycle 10w40 oil. I'll do the oil change later this week. Thanks guys!

does that mean that since youve been on this forum thats the first time you've done anythign with your oil ? running 2qts low.. not good.

2 quarts low - lucky to have an engine at all. Keep an eye on it
50 lashes with sports shoe laces for letting it get so low....
