got first ticket tonite
Did some research for you on your ticket and here is what I found:
In Wisconsin:
Aperson who engages in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud, or otherwise disorderly conduct, whether in a public or a private place, in circumstances where the conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance, may be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
I am not sure Wisconsin even has a state noise law any more or if at all. I read up and it seems that it use to, but that it was overruled by the state court as unconstitutional. If this is the case, that may be why he gave the disorderly conduct. Personally, I think its bs....but what do I know.
