Maybe it's just me, but I think one of the reasons this forum has such a family feel to it is the fact that we can discuss things other than our bikes. Just riding doesn't make us have a lot in common, it's nice to talk about movies and God knows what else. I don't see the harm in allowing OT to be just that, off topic of motorcycles. If things get out of hand, overtly racist or hateful, PLEASE step in.... but as is I don't agree.

We get that the peeps who post the most are not really happy. Got it. But others I had never heard of before have been PMing me with happy thoughts. So as sorry as we are to ruin the chat room atmosphere, it is gonna end.

Wow...this is ridiculous
I dont post too much anymore, maybe it's because I've not been riding for a while, or maybe it's because this forum is basically turning into a High School. There's so much drama going on every time I click on the link to here, that more often than not I choose not to deal with it.
Whether or not you all (admins included) want a "chat room" style Off Topic (which I MUST admit, IS an OFF TOPIC, and DID make my stay here when I first posted more enjoyable simply by finding it) there are MUCH better ways to go about it rather than acting like 14 year old girls. ALL of you.
IMO (which probably doesnt matter to anyone important enough to have an effect) It's times like these we need a FREE off topic more than ever. The times when we're NOT riding, and dont have **** to talk about it. MAYBE sometimes it gets out of hand, but I would rather be at a bar fight than a graveyard...think about it.
I dont see what the big deal is about having a free off topic, but change what you must. I dont show up too often nowadays anyway, and dont plan on dissapearing by any means, but cant guarantee my frequency
