I dislocated my shoulders from football. The most recent one has been two years and I'm fine now. No problems on a bike. Its just throwing stuff, or fast movements that bother me. The only time I have ever felt anything on a bike is when there was a few quick turns and I leaned my body. Nothing major, but good luck. You should be fine.

 

Ya, if I like frog stroke( no jokes please!!!!) under water, or anything past horizontal and past center/ (throwing too), w/ my arm. Darn near drownd, finding that one out !!!!!!!!!!! Absolutly no prob w/ the range of motion, . You'll be OK. Clean and free, Ripp'n
