Angry Knackered Shoulder

About 5 days ago , while away at work , my shoulder froze up completely , just woke up in agony one morning . Been on pain killers ever since , but now I'm home AND I WANT TO RIDE!!!

Been trying to work the stiffness out of the joint , but it's a real slow process , got about 30% range of movement now , hope I can get enough to ride tomorrow . Started and sat on the bike this evening and I can just about stretch to the bars , but I don't know what cornering will be like . Guess I'm gonna have to take it easy for a while .

DAMN!! DAMN!! DAMN!!

That sucks mate! Don't rush it though or you could end up laid up for even longer. What does the Doc say you've done?

Take it easy...drinking will help heaps! Relaxes all the muscles..

Sounds like ya should get some shots into it and ease the pain so it can heal & improve.
Whatever happens hope it gets back to normal for ya soon enough, nothing as
awkward as riding with less than full faculties .......be careful man....ride safe

Put a TRANSACT PATCH ON IT..................
Maybe some DEEP HEAT could help
Frozen shoulder hurts like hell, needed an injection when I had it years ago, from sleeping with a window open above my head. It's called Bornholm's disease. You won't be able to put emergency pressure on the bars if you need to.
GIVE IT A DAY OR TWO MORE.

Bornholm disease or epidemic pleurodynia or epidemic myalgia[1] is a disease caused by the Coxsackie B virus or other viruses.[2]
