Default shoulder problems

well last september when i wrecked my motorcycle i hurt my shoulder..went to the DR. he couldnt see anything, and its progressivley getting worse..right now its at the point where it feels like i just did 10,000 75lb curls with that arm. and when i start to rotate it backwards it just catches on things and grinds and clicks...i went to the chiropractor thinking maybe he could pull it out or something, but he said he wont mess with it and check in with a doctor..and they gave me no usefull info at all.

i know you guys arent medical professionals or anything..but any advice would be cool.

biceps tendon is my best guess. The click is bad. The gind isn't good.

You have a bone spur or something similar in the shoulder. A Dr. goes in with a fancy dremel and grinds it down. You will be better in 6 months. Fully cured in a year.

Go to a doctor, for every symptom, there is dozens of possible diagnosis on the net, who knows, some of them could even be right. Either way your stuffed mate, Your not doing yourself any favours by stalling, in fact your probably making it worse. My advice, in true S'trine, is to pull your finger out & go to the quack.

okok.. after pitching for many years, and sleeping on my sides with my shoulders under my pillow, mine are just as jacked up.

its probably a minor tear in the rotator cuff just enough to make your shoulder feel weak and out of place, just like mine..

i still do physical therapy and lots of pushups to try and help my shoulders out.
