I have had this happen, it was a g/f back in 1990. I've haven't let anyone since. It was in a mall parking lot and I was letting her ride it. Damn I was whipped!!

I let my gf ride my bike. She's an experienced rider, not a dumbass, and has a healthy respect for other peoples' property. I don't really know any other riders, and I can't imagine letting a casual acquaintance or just "some guy" on my bike.

Except in the case of selling it -- no sane person would buy a vehicle of any kind without a test drive. And of course if I were selling I'd be ready to part with the bike anyway, and dumping it = automatic sale

Talking maybe this one

my son fully understands the NO-barrow policy . i dont allow his freinds to ride it, and when my buddys come over they always want to ride his bike and i make them ask my son first, haha he loves the authority and has said no half the time. this is my sons klx110 , its automatic and pretty lively . watchin peeps ride this little bike always reminds me of the "hell no" on ridin my CBR's.

God, no. Nobody except my BF is allowed to even move my bike around.

As I don't have my own bike, I'm not going to answer. I will say though that I was lucky enough to have a friend of my boyfriend let me ride his Katana, with no experience outside of a parking lot. I ended up only riding it twice for short distances, but he offered many times to let me take it out. My boyfriend's Gixxer on the other hand... We joke that the first time I ride it will be the last, but it's not really just a joke.

In this situation, there would be no way in hell I would allow this to happen.

I have let friends I ride with take my bike for a spin, while I ride their bike. But this will only happen if their bike is of equal or greater value to mine.

You hope the person who is riding your bike has enough common sense to not go ***** out while taking her for a ride, but you never know.
