Default Suspension Set Up

I got my cbr600 f2 (93), does anyone know what position the mono shock should be set at i am 144lbs, the shock has numbers on it but I'm not sure what it should be set at,thank you.

Lighter weight = lower number. At your weight, I'd guess you'd want to start at a 2 or 3, but to be precise, you want someone to measure how much the suspension sags when you put your weight on it and adjust as necessary. Dave Moss is pretty much the GOAT when it comes to suspension setting -

thanks for that, I will get an adjustment tool and try it,

Well i got c spanner to adjust the rear shock,however I can not get it move at all,used wd40 tried using a drift with gentle taps with a hammer but no joy,is there a locking nut somewhere,

I stood on two stools and hauled up on the grab bar in back while the wife turned it for me! It does not turn easily...
