Default suspension sag

Im about 190-200 lbs, depending what ive eaten that day, my suspension is set all the way soft. I was wondering what kind of settings I would be looking at to set my sag and stiffen things up a bit? I feel I can get more out of the corners if i stiffen it up a smidge thanks in advance!

so now for the dumb question. To set the sag, which adjustment am I adjusting? The two little spots on top of the fork legs? And on the rear there are two adjustments. one on the resivour and one on the shock itself.

FORKS: inside adjuster ( adjusted with a screwdriver) is for dumping, outside adjuster (adjusted with a spaner) is for sag/preload adjustment.
SHOCK: adjusters on the resivour for adjusting dumping, adjuster on the shock itself (adjusted with a screwdriver) is for compression, and there is one more adjustment - sag/preload adjustment (adjusted using C spaner, right under the spring itself).

Preload or springs is responsible for SAG. So to set sag at the front (forks) you will have to adjust spring preload in each fork, to stiffen - turn the outside fork adjuster clockwise and vice versa.
To adjust sag at the rear shock you have to adjust spring preload, to stiffen - turn spring preload adjuster using C spaner clockwise (7 is the max).
Hope it helps.
