angel eyes were created from the high-class BMW's.. they were built around the headlight to give it that very high-class look. So people start putting them into range rovers, civics, and now we are doing it into bikes.. There is really no reason except for look with this mod, so it's all about your imagination and what you can come up with...

I see no reason why you couldnt do a "N" for the front, except that maybe the "\" part of it might block the actually headlight and you might loose a piece of light in your headlight-vision.. Also another obstactle would be with the LED's, some of the "N" parts would probably me more lit then others - so keep that in mind. Then what about infusing each of the 3 pieces of the "N" together - it will need to look professional

All i can say is do a mock-up and see how the "N" will look kind infront of the headlight.. I mean creativatity is the best thing you can have, you see something you like and you want to alter it JUST a bit.

But likei said before, your first ring (or "N") will not be your best - just practice and figure out how to make it better..I say this because taking apart the cowl to get at the headlights are a B****.

 

ok. has anyone done this to an early 900 yet? ie twin light version? feel like having a go on my 94. plus at an advantage here as we have no rules on colours you CANT use on the fronts.

sorry for the newbish question but where is the power comming from?? WHAT IS THE POWER SOURCE?? is it comming from the 9V battery like hte pic?? or is it the headlights?

 

I tapped into the "3rd eye" (small marker light above the headlights). In short, I am using a 12v source.

Hey all! Very good detail and informative. I am going to do my lights, using the numerous sources listed here. One question. I just ordered some 8000 mcd 5mm LEDs from superbrite(sp)-10 of em. What resistor do I need -just to be on the safe side? I want to do my headlights, intake vents, and seat cowl vents in one big loop. I'm looking at the 560 ohm 1/2w resistor from radio shack part # 271-1116. Please give me your input.
