I’d go with C-4 explosives. Makes for a great story to tell the kids later.

Do you put sand bags around the C-4 and the drain plug to focus the blast energy?

I went to Sears and bought some bolt removers which look like a socket set and it grips on to the metal. Only problem is I don't have the right size. The size I have is either a tad small or tad big. The bolt is completely round now so I think I have to use the drill type of bolt removers. I'm going to wait for the weekend so I can get a front stand to help raise the bike more since I have a rear stand. Hopefully this will give me enough room to work with. I wish I did have a set of Metwrenches since they grip the side and not the corner of the bolt. Damn this thing is on there tight. I thought about using C-4s but wasn't sure if I'd be breaking the noise ordinance. I need a beer.

If it isn't the right size then wrap some duct tape around the bolt to make it bigger. Duh... Just kidding

If you absolutely HAVE to drill it, dip the drill bit in grease. The grease will catch the metal shavings. Get the easy out that is almost too small and hammer it on there. That is how they are designed to work.

Well finally got the bolt out with a help of some friends. Ended up using a drill to drill a pilot hole then use the bolt extractor bit (EZ-OUT) and the bolt came out.
