Default Forked leaking at drain bolt???

I have a 2001 f4i. I did fork seals last year everything went fine. I just pulled my rims off to do tires and my left fork was leaking right at the drain plug at the bottom of the fork. I'm certain that bolt is tight enough. Has anybody had this happen? Could it be a bad brass washer? It looks to be fine but I did not replace them when I did my fork seals. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The brass washer seals the bolt. They are supposed to be replaced each time the bolt is removed. If it's leaking, replace both of them and change your fork oil.
