JB weld is a two part epoxy that you mix the two parts together and it starts a chemical reaction and starts to harden. The package has directions on it.

Good thanks for the replys, appreciate it. Does anyone know where i can find a good price or a hook up on a Stator and Stator Cover? I just called Sinister and they want 255 for the stator and 68 for the cover....Cant afford that right now

I know its late in posting but if you havent fixed the bike already I would suggest the JB Weld. I had the exact same thing happen to my bike and i took the $6 JB Weld and filled the spot in. Doesnt leak if you do it right. Just make sure that you have a nice clean surface when doing it. Let us know if you got it fixed yourself or ended up buying new parts.
