noise once i take off???
I have an 05 1000 that is starting to make a noise when i take off. I get this ticking noise asoon as i start taking off it seems like is coming from my chain and it only does it like three times and it goes away. does someone knows what this could be???

Yer , I go with the guys ..
The chain links if very dry or worn will let out a tick tick noise mate ..
check it right over for wear and lube ...( use good lube too )
If after you check and lube it well , run her down the road a bit to get the lube in properly and if it still ticks.... whack her up on the center stand and spin the wheel to see if the tick is coming from your rear brakes ...

I think you guys are right on the money because its been like 2 weeks that i havent lupe my chain and also it is a little loose. Is already hitting that make for a new chain. Thanks for replying
