radaling at 1800 or lower with out load. buddy of mine told me its the cct. but all the searches i have said that they hurd it at 3 and 5 under load and jsut reving.
for now to make it stop i set the idle at 2k. if is is the cct can i fix/ajust it? or how much is a new one.

 

Yeah its your tensioner.No need to idle it up,its not hurting anything.You can a order a manual one from 1888fastlap.I believe they stock them.Chunk the stock one but do not over tighten the manual one.

 

is there any worry to ride it for now? its a 95 and has 18k on the clock.

 

No worries unless its ridiculously loud,but I would address it as soon as time or budget allows.
