Default noise

hello all , just had a real quick question to see if anyone has heard this before. at 65 mph there is a screeching nosie at the front of the bike and continues as i increase speed and does not go away-my girlfriend bought this bike used from a shop and i dont know if it has ever been wrecked or not.any help on this would be appreciated-thank you, MM

definitely sounds like bearings...check the brake pads also
