either i've gotten used to my bike or it's gotten slower. i bought it with just under 6700 miles on it about 2 months ago, and now its got 9600. in that time, i've adjusted the chain a couple times and changed the oil. what other maintenance should I be thinking about right now? everything seems fine, other than running a little rough sometimes at lower rpms and maybe a flat spot in the powerband here and there.

 

Check the condition of the spark plugs and/or air filter? Brake fluid is above min level? Tighten screws, gaskets, bands all around your bike? Clean dirt off from hosing?
