Lazy Question....

Default Lazy Question....

I`m being lazy because i don`t know where to look to find out, if i go +2 teeth on the rear cog which way will it effect my speedo? Overread or Underread? thanks in advance.

Anubis put a 15 tooth front sprocket on its as cheap as chips to do and the performance is tops

i've also been thinking on the 15 teeth front, does the torque low down increase?
have to admit would like to lift the front wheel a little easier on the power,
im pretty willing to sacrifise top end , not much time spent in the 160+mph range!

Its the cheapest and 1 of the best mods you can do your speedo will read a higher speed and you will put more miles on it but for the fun factor its the way foward my mate on his zx10r cannot out drag me any more and as for exiting corners its mint!!!! $10.00 mod its got to be tried!!!

Thanks for the advice, That gear calculator is a usful piece of kit, one thing i did notice though the stock teeth on the rear cog is 40 not 41 like is saved on the spreadsheet.

Not a problem, cos you just change it to whatever your stock is then save it and.......... Roberts your fathers brother.

So your stock is 41 teeth then? Interesting.
