my bike won't start after is has been sitting for to long (8 hrs.) butI can push start it. after I charge the battery is starts fine no problems, but If I drive it to work and try to ride it home it won't turn over, it tries but wont. so I have to get someone to push start me and it starts fine. my question is it the battery on something else?

 

yes it could be the battery....... it could also be that you could have a draw on power system. I am going to bet that it is the battery. Get the battery tested and that will answer. Then you need to check out the reg/rec to see if the battery was damaged but over charging. Good Luck.
