Default Battery tender on a Lithium battery

Hey members, been wanting to upgrade my battery to a Shorai Lithium battery. It's said that it is 1/5 weight Vs. acid battery and significantly more cranking power.

My question is, can you hook it up to a tender? Like you would on regular Acid, gel or AGM battery?

Interesting that they'd word it like that in their FAQ. The short answer is yes, you can use a battery tender/charger that doesn't have a desulfate mode. The long answer is, your Li-Ion battery is gonna need to have its cells balanced and a standard charger/tender won't be able to do that. Good news is that the new dry batteries come with like 3 year warranties.
