Hey everyone, the bike is brand new, just reached 250 miles. Well when the bike is idleing, it has a slight winding noise coming from the engine. It sounds like it is in the crankcase but i dont hear it when i am riding. It only does it when it is idleing. It is at 1200. It doesnt sound like anything is wrong I just wanted to see if this is normal?

clutch in? my bike makes more noise at idle with the clutch pulled in.

 

it doesnt matter if the clutch is pulled in or not. It almost sounds like the idle is a little too low, il try turning it up a little bit and see if it still does it

 

yeah mine did this from new as well my guess is the cct every honda mechanic i talk to says they are noisy right from the get go
