Default Ronayers...problems...?

Anyone ever had problems with Ronayers?

I placed my order on 1/2/07 worth $264. Today is 1/16/07 and it is still at Stage 2 (awaiting fulfillment) and yet to ship out.
I called several days ago and they said they're just waiting for the OEM Honda oil filter to come in from Honda...and to call back a few days later to check if the status hasn't changed.
Well, I just called again, but the lady I talked to said my order was BLANK!!##@#$*(!@$

WTF??! She sees the total amount of $264...but no items! She'll "call me or email later to look in on the issue."

!@!@$*!@ IT'S BEEN 2 FREAKIN WEEKS!@#$!@#

Thats strange, I have ordered a lot from Ron Ayers and never had a problem. I got some O.E.M. decals and that took a little while. They said the same thing though about filling the order from Honda first. It came rather quickly after that. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I hope it all works out in the end.

when ever I put in a ronayers order for the customers, I tell them it'll be a 2 week turnaround at a minimum. They are a great source for oem parts, but they tend to take a little time in doing so.

thx jersey, i voted for your 929 btw

I'm trying to stay patient. I understand how they go directly to the manufacturer for OEM parts and it takes time. Just in my case how my order somehow disappeared, yet I see it all online still.

yeah i ordered a few things from them a while back that were oem. It took a little while to get them but they eventually showed up. Their a good company, you might have to wait a little longer then the dealership but im sure you saved a little in the process...................hopefully!!!!!
