Default Ronayers...problems...?

Anyone ever had problems with Ronayers?

I placed my order on 1/2/07 worth $264. Today is 1/16/07 and it is still at Stage 2 (awaiting fulfillment) and yet to ship out.
I called several days ago and they said they're just waiting for the OEM Honda oil filter to come in from Honda...and to call back a few days later to check if the status hasn't changed.
Well, I just called again, but the lady I talked to said my order was BLANK!!##@#$*(!@$

WTF??! She sees the total amount of $264...but no items! She'll "call me or email later to look in on the issue."

!@!@$*!@ IT'S BEEN 2 FREAKIN WEEKS!@#$!@# [:@]

I had a problem once with them regarding the person over the phone making a typo. They quickly corrected and I soon got my order. Hmmmm...you should ask for a discount or something. I got nothing for my trouble and didn't bother to ask.
