the rotella is cheap and generally well regarded

honestly, i would put the cheap autozone brand in with a bosch 3300 and change it frequently (2500 miles or less) at <$20 it wasn't a tough choice

Looks like its being updated. Yeah, I'd recommend it; it's what's in my bike now. I even run Rotella in my wife's Subaru, lol (in my Subaru I use Valvoline high-mileage, the Rotella leaks). But as stated above, even the generic HD oils (Autozone, SuperTech) are OK. They still have to meet the requirements printed on the backside.
