Default Recommended oil

Lately my bike has not been shifting as smoothly as it used to in lower gears and I am hoping that a oil change will do the trick. My last oil change was about 2K miles ago and I put Castrol 10W-40 full synthetic. This time i was thinking about going with Amsoil.

What oil do you guys put in your F4i's and how often do you change it.

Thanks

I have run Mobil-1 and various Honda oils. Both of them seemed to break down quite fast and my shifting would be kind of rough. Now I run repsol blend and I couldn't be happier. She shifts smooth as butter.

I like Amsoil full synth. Last oil change I put in Mobil 1 and immediately started missing shifts that I never missed before.

Incognito, you and me both. I had that in to start, did one early in the season, but went with Mobil 1, and it was good for about 100 miles. I'm gonna go back to Rotella 5W-40. Believe the Mobil is 10W-40
