How big a difference are we talking? How much better did it run using his custom map vs. a downloaded map? I am not looking for every last ounce of power, just a good solid running machine.

I am happy with every part of the downloaded tune except for the WOT column. I don't think I should be able to back off of WOT and feel it pull harder.

I copied the WOT column from a Akrapovic full system map into my Two Bros slip on map and it feels better at WOT but still feels stronger at less than WOT.
BIG difference all over.

throttle repsonse, gas mileage,WOT everything got effected in the custom tune. All for the better.

Below is custom map made on another f4i then loaded on mine..Then the top line is mine custom tuned off the "other" custom map.

Another sucker here. Though I did mine in connection with full exhaust, K&N and -1/+2 gearing. I have zero problem hanging with the big boys. I am running a map off Dynojet for now and am very happy with it, but I would like to get a custom tune.

I see no connection, and could care less about, a performance map that also gives better mileage. The better the performance, the harder I ride it. That equates to lesser gas mileage as far as I am concerned.
