Angry Not Making Enough Power...Power Commander??

My 02 954 has 16,000 on it, a Power Commander III usb, and a Micron slip on. It is not even close to doing a power wheelie in 2nd gear. I can't even do a sitting 2nd gear clutch wheelie if I have a full tank of gas. The guy I bought it from (in january) said that it was Dyno'd, tuned, and mapped to the pipe. I have no experience with power commanders or maps. It didn't come with a manual, cd-rom, or usb cable. All I know it that the the fuel light on the PC is all the way at the bottom (-).Though I only get around 38mpg riding to and from work. Any ideas???
If it only needs to be dyno'd and mapped, does anyone know how much that should cost?

I saw your post saying 105 an hour for a dyno run. How many hours did your tuning take? My bike runs perfectly fine, it's just slow. Never get any popping in the exhaust but it's not making that great of gas mileage either

Don't know why I didn't think of it before, but I'm just going to unhook the PCIII and test that out. Though I don't know exactly how to unhook it. Can anyone guide me on this?

Default Unhook the PC III

unhooking your PCIII is easy.. remove the upper bolts on your gas tank, remove your main seat. You should be able to hinge up the gas tank and you'll find the harness there. Just remove the PC and reconnect the factory harnesses. Then remove the negative ground from your battery. At leas this is how mine and all the others I have seen mounted on 954's have been run.. Good luck.. Also if you go to the PC web site you can find old maps for the 954 that cover some aftermarket Air filters and exhausts..
