lacking power on the low end
when you say it bogs down in the lower RPM, what RPM range are you in? you can change the sprocket and get to the torque curve a little quicker, but your never going to have a whole lot down below 4-5Krmp
The reason you get more low end, is the front sprocket spins faster than stock. Therefore, it is going to force the bike to run at faster rpms. If you normally rode around at 3K, your new sprocket is going to spin faster and you will be going around 5-7K. Therefore your in your powerband of 7K and you have more torque.
As for installing a Speedohealer, it took me about an hour to do. And if you don't your will rack up more miles on your bike than are actually on it. I rode around without one for awhile, the only time it was close to accurate was in 6th gear on the highway, only off 3-5 mph. Its worth a hundred bucks, so when you get caught speeeding you can tell the cop you know your speeding cuz you have a speedohealer.
