Default lacking acceleration

hey here is my problem and if anyone can help that would be nice. ok when i go to first on my bike and start to atempted to accelerate it it starts to stall enless i let go of the trottle. it will not go past 2 rpms. does any of this have to do with no coolent in the reserve coolent tank?

Sounds like trash in the fuel system! Probably doesn't have any thing to do with coolant!!

It almost sounds like the choke is stuck wide open.
