So, I went to hop on my bike yesterday and went to put my key in, and noticed it was completely bent on put sides almost if someone had took a flathead screwdriver and wedged it side to side. So needless to say my key wont even go into the hole right one bit. So after a few choice words I started reading but couldnt find anything really like my problem. So what do i need to order ignition and gas tank replacements? Difficulty of installment? Thanks a ton for any feed back!

damn thieves sorry to hear that. but yes you are right unfortunately you will most likely need to buy replacements if your ignition is messed up beyond repair(by the sounds of it it is). best bet is to check out ebay or at least thats what id do. you dont have to buy a set you should be able to find just the ignition by itself and use your old key for you gas tank or you can do it the right way and buy the complete igniton/gas tank set. as far as installment goes it should be a pretty easy installment. just unplug your old ignition and plug the new one in. only a couple screws hold it in place and as far as the gas tank just undo the allen screws on the top of the tank and swap the two out. hope this helps.
