Default Help with a short in the wiring.

Can anybody tell me how much this can look around. There is a short in my wiring were the only things that work on my gauges are the high beams and he turn signals. I already checked all my fuses and they always get burned out when I replace them.

Take a 12 V bulb, in a socket with wires, like a turn signal. Plug the wires into the terminals where a fuse would go. Turn key on. If a short exists, the bulb will light. Trace your wiring until the bulb goes off - you have just found the source of you problem for the circuit protected by this fuse!! Keep in mind that there might be multiple shorts on the same circuit, so be sure to re-check with the bulb after the fix. Also, be sure that you check every fuse separately. May require unwrapping harness - have good quality electrical tape available for re-taping. Good luck.
